We believe that taking notes is a beneficial way to memorize something. This dates back to ancient times where texts from the Qur’an were written on animal skin, rocks or stones.
This classic “Louh” comes from the African tradition and has been used for centuries to memorize Qur’anic words.
The Louh is rubbed with a stone found at river beds so that it can be written on with a wooden pen using ink. Don’t panic, you can keep reusing the Louh. Thanks to the layer applied through the stone, the ink is washable with water.
